Anti Fraud Policy

At Ethical Manpower, we believe in transparency, integrity, and protecting our clients from fraudulent activities. This policy outlines important guidelines to ensure your safety when engaging with our services.

Anti Fraud Policy

Payments to Ethical Manpower

Whenever you make a payment to Ethical Manpower, it is your right to receive an official receipt. Our operations department issues receipts for every transaction made with the company. If you have questions or concerns regarding payments, please contact us at info@ethicalmanpower.com

Payments to Ethical Manpower Staff

We strongly caution against making any extra or unofficial payments to any Ethical Manpower staff member. If an employee offers to create false documents, manipulate your application, or charge additional fees, please report it to management immediately.

⚠️ Please note: The company is not liable if you enter into a personal or verbal agreement with any staff member or their references. Any such dealings are at your own risk.

Vendors Referred by Staff

We do not endorse or authorize services offered by outside vendors suggested by our employees. Engaging with such vendors puts you at risk of fraud. Ethical Manpower is not responsible for any losses or charges you may incur from third-party vendors recommended by staff.

Fraudulent Documentation

Ethical Manpower does not accept fraudulent documentation or misleading information. Your application is processed based solely on the information you provide, which we assume to be accurate and genuine.

We do not fabricate documents or guarantee visas. Submitting forged or false papers may result in rejection, bans, or legal consequences.

How to Protect Yourself

To avoid scams and fraud, keep these important points in mind:

  • ❌ Do not submit forged or fake documents with your application. Authorities will reject your case, and you may face investigation.

  • ❌ Do not believe anyone who claims they can speed up or influence visa decisions in exchange for money. Only immigration officers have this authority.

  • ❌ Do not trust imposters posing as embassy or consulate officials requesting payment.

  • ❌ Avoid fake websites designed to look like official government portals. Always verify information on official government websites.

  • ❌ Beware of job scams or visa offers that sound “too good to be true.”

Global Stance on Fraud

Countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia have a zero-tolerance policy toward immigration fraud. They use advanced verification systems and work with international authorities to detect fraudulent activity.

If fraud is discovered:

  • Your visa will be refused.

  • You may face a 10-year ban.

  • You could also face legal action in your home country.

Remember: Fraud is a criminal offense, and responsibility lies with the applicant.

Jobs

Ethical Manpower is a licensed recruitment agency that collaborates with overseas employers and placement partners. However, we do not promise or guarantee employment to any candidate. Final hiring decisions rest solely with employers.

Guarantees

No employee of Ethical Manpower is permitted to guarantee you a job, visa, or immigration approval. We provide counseling, guidance, and career support — but the final decision rests with immigration authorities and employers.

If anyone promises you otherwise, please contact us immediately at info@ethicalmanpower.com.

Final Note

We strictly advise against fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of services. Any attempt to submit false documents or engage in fraudulent activity can lead to severe penalties, visa refusal, and long-term bans.
