Permanent Residency – SINP

Pursue permanent residence through Saskatchewan’s Nominee Program, targeting skilled workers and experience-based applicants for provincial nomination.

Canada SINP – Saskatchewan Pathway to Permanent Residency

Saskatchewan’s Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) offers several pathways for skilled workers, graduates, and individuals with relevant experience to secure provincial nomination for Canadian permanent residency. SINP includes streams such as the International Skilled Worker: Occupations In-Demand, International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer, Saskatchewan Experience, and others. Many SINP streams allow applicants without a job offer (if their occupation is listed as in-demand) while others require an employer sponsor.

Applicants submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) under SINP to be considered. Selection is based on a points-grid considering education, work experience, language ability, connections to Saskatchewan, and intent to settle in the province. Being nominated by Saskatchewan means you can then apply to IRCC (federal level) for your permanent resident visa. Depending on the stream, the process may be faster and more favourable for those who meet provincial priorities.
